About Wakaebisu Ninja
The Wakaebisu Ninja comes from the Wakaebisu Shuzo and is of the Mie Prefecture. It is made with the Gohyakumangoku sake rice and on site well water. The rice is milled 60% before it is used to brew the Ninja. The sake has an aroma of rice, cedar and pears.
With every sip the sake seems to reveals its wide range of flavors. It is smooth and has fruity flavors of apple and vanilla. It is the lightness of the Wakaebisu Ninja and its smoothness that make it immensely appealing. The drink finely balances the dry and sweet. It can be served chilled, at room temperature, warm or heated.
