This Daiginjo is also known by its English name of ‘Natural Flower Beauty’. It comes packaged in a bright blue bottle, reminiscent of the 1920s. The Ranman Hanaranman Komachi Daiginjo comes from the Akita Meijo and is of the Akita prefecture.
The drink is a rich, full bodied sake that is sweet. The sake is fermented for 5 weeks at low temperatures and then aged for a year.
