The Kamoshibito Kuheiji is a Junmai Ginjo from the Aichi Prefecture. It is offered by the Banjou Jouzou Brewery in the Chubu region. The sake is crafted from the Yamadanishiki sake rice which is milled 55% to make the sake. The drink has an alcohol content of about 17% and has a sweet, fruity taste. The bouquet suggests fruits like cherries and the taste complements it. The drink has a medium body and offers plenty of flavors. It is smooth and elegant, and the sweetness and acidity is balanced perfectly. It has a nice clean finish with little aftertaste.
