The Suzuki Shuzoten offers patrons the Hideyoshi Amakarapin. The sake is a Junmai of the Akita Prefecture, which uses Menkoina sake rice. The rice is milled 60% before it is fermented and brewed. The sake has a unique balance in flavors and textures. It is sweet and dry at the same time. The first sip reveals the rich, mellow, creamy and bold taste of the drink.
