About Dewazakura Izumi Judan
The Dewazakura Izumi Judan is a Junmai Ginjo of the Yamagata Prefecture. The drink is brewed by the Dewazakura Sake Brewery and is made from the Miyamanishiki sake rice, which is milled 50%. It is also known by its English name, ‘Tenth Degree’. The Dewazakura Izumi Judan has a gentle aroma of tropical fruit and mineral. It is quite dry, crisp and well balanced. It is best enjoyed chilled. The drink is delicious and has a hint of juniper. The sake is best enjoyed with food such as sashimi, sushi and white fish. It has an alcohol content of 17.5% and is quite potent.
