The Asahi Shuzo offers sake lovers the Dassai, a Junmai Daiginjo of the Yamaguchi Perfecture. The sake is made by fermenting Yamadanishiki sake rice and is nigori sake, or unfiltered sake. The brewery chooses to balance tradition and modernization in order to offer customers sake that is consistently top quality. The rice is milled down to 50% and drink is smooth, rich and full bodied.
